This real estate agent made my home buying journey incredibly smooth. They were patient, knowledgeable, and always kept me updated throughout the process. I appreciated their transparency and dedication to finding the right property for me. Their negotiation skills were impressive, helping me secure a great deal. Money hungry, thoughtless, and inconsiderate. I’ve noticed every bad review is responded to anonymously. But yet the “good” reviews have full name showing, yikes. Not a good sign. 0 stars from me, Jenn.

We cannot say enough amazing things about Candice Berry-Brown with The Bryant Group! From the very beginning, Candice went far above and beyond for our family. We honestly thought our house might be unsellable at one point, but Candice never gave up. She stepped in, not only doing her own job with complete professionalism and dedication, but even picking up the slack when the other agent fell short. Candice kept us informed every single step of the way, always making sure we knew exactly what was happening. She fought tirelessly to get us the absolute best deal possible, and thanks to her hard work and determination, we walked away with far more than we ever expected. As a military family, having someone like Candice in our corner meant the world. She understood our situation, supported us, and truly cared about our best interests. She made a stressful process so much easier, and we are beyond thankful for her dedication, honesty, and heart. If you are looking for a real estate agent who will give you 110%, advocate for you every step of the way, and treat your home sale like her own, Candice is the one. We are forever grateful for her and couldn’t recommend her more highly!

I reached out to the Bryant Co about renting in Virginia Beach and Mindy Webb (shout out as well for being awesome too!) put me in contact with Chris Williams. Chris was awesome from the get go. He contacted me immediately and we set off looking at places that we’d both found. We saw around 20 different residences during a 2 week timespan. He reached out constantly and stayed in touch even though at the time I was living in another state. He constantly sent updates of new properties I could go see. We’d sit down and go over options, times, and locations. He made the entire process (which was nerve-wracking for me) so much easier! He’s very personable and friendly. Even after we found a place I liked, he kept in touch to make sure things were going well, which they are! 😁 I can’t say enough good things about him. When I decide I’ve had enough of the renting scene, I will definitely be reaching out to him to help me find what I hope to be my forever home.

Can’t recommend the Bryant group enough..Lance helped us from start to finish (and after) the purchase of our home. He gave me truly honest opinions on multiple homes- he could have tried to sell us on the first house we were interested in, but he was honest and helped us to choose the right home for our family. He is a family man himself, ex military (so helpful that he knows the ins and outs of that since we are a military family as well) he would even converse with his wife (she knows some areas better from childhood) and his coworkers to get their opinions on school districts for us before we looked at certain areas, which was incredibly helpful since we are out of state buyers. I can’t be more surprised there is a negative review on Lance. I can honestly say he takes his job very seriously and is very passionate about getting people in the right home. He was the most personable, honest, helpful real estate agent I’ve ever met. He checked in on us regularly, and even called us to make sure everything was in order while we were making an offer on our house from the hospital after he was in a bad accident! He has helped us through so much, and all of the people and companies he linked us up with have been exceptional. He really recommends small businesses, which is awesome. He’s even checking on our property and overseeing a company come out to put in our fence for us, and offered to oversee a security system installation- which he absolutely did not have to do. For the negative review- a real estate agent helps you find a home, it’s your responsibility as buyer to make sure everything is up to your standards, that’s why there are final walkthroughs, no one forces you to buy your home (I can assure you Lance was absolutely NOT a pushy real estate agent) they have so many houses to show on a day to day basis, it’s easy to overlook certain issues, it’s a bummer to have to put work into a home, but totally inevitable and totally has nothing to do with your real estate agent! Lance has been truly an answered prayer to us and a total God send! I will be reaching out to him again when it’s our time to sell, and would recommend him to anyone!
