I've written in other reviews how much I value patience, and as a first time homebuyer I was very thorough (possibly to a fault) in my home search. Amanda worked with my wife and I for about 6 months to find us our dream home. She led us through multiple search areas, countless viewings and a complicated purchase on our eventual home. She was resourceful and directed us to reliable contacts for mortgage brokerage (thanks to Evan at Road to Home), home inspection and many other services that we needed around purchase time.
