Brian and his team were so great to buy with. I had one sale that fell through after the inspection, which was a little stressful, because he had already sold the home I was living in (fast, by the way). I had put an offer on another place that was not accepted. But the third one that came around was perfect. Problem was there was already an offer on the table. The minute Brian found out that sale fell through, we met at the property and had an offer ready by the next morning. I got a place that I loved. Taking possession was another headache.As the seller decided, they did not want to leave by the contract date. But Brian advocated for me and did a great job. I was out of my house on time and into my new place. Other members of the team that were a pleasure to work with were Nikki and Arturas. Five stars to all.

Brian is a fantastic Real Estate agent with a wealth of knowledge of the Ohio market; he helped me find an excellent townhouse in a perfect area for a great price.
