Doing a quick search on Google and simply checking the reviews was how I found Brian...and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. My husband and I are very new to anything and everything related to real estate so we really came into this whole thing absolutely clueless. To make matters more complicated, we're trying to buy a home in Columbia while currently living in Italy! But despite the distance and the different time zones, working with Brian and his team was still an overall pleasant and surprisingly stress-free experience. Everyone has been so friendly, professional, accommodating, and responsive throughout the entire process and we really couldn't be more grateful! Brian Hunt is a very professional, responsive, knowledgeable and down to earth person and real estate agent. My husband and I wanted to buy a home in the Blythewood area, then sell our condo in Columbia. We had little knowledge of the real estate market in Blythewood, or the benefit of working with a good agent from the start of our journey. After having trouble getting calls back from other agents after finding a couple homes we wanted to see, we actually found Brian through an Internet listing. We saw great online reviews for Brian, and liked him as soon as we first talked to him. Brian was patient with us as buyers as we tried to determine what we wanted, and he encouraged us to expand the area and homes we chose to look at as he learned more about us. He was also up front with us when he thought a home we really liked was too overpriced, therefore preventing us from making a financial mistake. We are thrilled with the home/neighborhood where we purchased, and Brian was great at walking us through the whole process. Brian got our condo on the market quickly after we bought our new home, and demonstrated good knowledge and creativity with that process as well, and our condo sold quickly. We expect to transition again in several years and will definitely be calling Brian Hunt at that time.

Brian was not only a joy to work with, but his level of professionalism and his ability to make what proved to be an emotional process selling my family's childhood home seem less stressful on me and my brothers and sister. He and his wife Melinda worked tirelessly to get us through each step of the way. No matter the day or time of day, he was quick to respond to every phone call, text and email. I can't say enough great things about him. If you need a realtor, he's your guy!

We worked with Brian Hunt to purchase a house on Lake Murry. We came in from out of state on two occasions and spent lots of time with Brian looking at many houses. He was very well-prepared on each occasion and we found a great house. Brian handled the contract negotiations well and was very gracious to the sellers, making the process smooth and helping us end up with a fair deal. He is good on follow up and works very hard for his clients. He is not aggressive, which is a very nice change from some realtors. He is knowledgeable and polite and happy to help in any way he can. We cannot recommend him highly enough.
