While this was the first house we've sold and we don't have any realtor comparisons, Brian has set the bar so high I can't see any reason to work with anyone else if we need to buy/sell in the future. His level of commitment, professionalism, and dedication are second to none. I will unquestionably recommend him to family, friends, or anyone else I happen to overhear needing a realtor.

Brian is amazing! He is so professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and nice. The house we purchased wasn't even on our radar, but Brian knew this was one that we should absolutely take a look at. He always kept us in the know on showings, open houses, documents to sign, next steps, numbers, etc. I always felt at ease knowing he had everything covered. There were no surprises, and it was such a smooth experience considering we were buying and selling. My kids and dogs think very highly of him as well :) I would recommend him to anyone who needs a realtor, and I will definitely use him again in the future.
