Contractors: Lauren provided a list of reliable vendors that we’ve used with great success: - Inspector: Garth was thorough, organized, and easy to work with. His report allowed Lauren to negotiate a brand-new stove from the sellers. - Air Duct Cleaning: They did a wonderful job, were highly responsive, and sent before-and-after photos. - Electrician: He provided a valuable consultation before we even signed on with him. Lauren’s communication is prompt and clear. If she can’t respond immediately, she always gives a timeframe for when she will. She breaks down complex legal terminology so you never feel uncertain or embarrassed to ask for clarity. Additionally, Lauren has a background in interior design and construction. I soaked in every tip she shared; her advice has been so helpful as we design our space and handle small fixes. Lauren advocates and fights for you to get the best deal. She takes wonderful care of her clients, and I highly recommend her to anyone. We will definitely use her again in the future. Thanks, Lauren, for everything!
