My real estate agent, Bonnie Garvin, was more interested in helping the buyer than representing me as the client, the seller. She was argumentative and I didn’t feel she represented me well as her client. As the seller, I felt she wanted to make the deal more than she wanted to represent my interests. I had let her know I was going through a divorce and moving away cross country and this was a very difficult situation. Instead of supporting me through a low offer for the sale of the house, she sided with the buyer and said I should take the offer and make things work. She knew how I did not want to move my things in storage, but she pushed it anyway. I would never recommend her to anyone to represent them.

We moved our small team from one of the cloud based brokerages to Boise Premier Real Estate after our first meeting with Brett Hughes. Two years ago we tried to buy a house and the financing fell through. Laura Liscio never gave up on us. We reached out to try again and she jumped on the opportunity. After several attempts to lock in an offer, we told her to tell us what we needed. I found a house we liked, and she looked up several similar homes in the area, and decided the asking price was low.
