I had the pleasure to work with Bob through my adult kids. Parents always hope, when making big life decisions their kids work with people that have integrity and their best interest at heart. Bob has that in spades. He showed them house after house , sometimes going back twice. My son had a very specific price range in mind and rather than trying to push him to spend more, Bob worked diligently with him to find the perfect place for them. He's 5 star in my book!

We used Bob to buy our home and he was amazing! I cannot rave enough about him. We were a little unsure on who to use and met with a couple different realtors before deciding to go with Bob. He was great through the entire process. He made himself available whenever we wanted to see a house or had any questions, and if he couldn’t, he always made sure to have another member of his team available to help us. He was nice and easy to talk to, but didn’t push too much on things and gave you the space you needed when looking at a house. During the closing process him and Annie were awesome, they laid it out in an easy to understand way and closing day went very smoothly. I know I am an annoying client who constantly emails with questions every time they pop in my head and he was just amazing to work with and ready to answer any questions I had!

We have had an excellent experience any time Bob has assisted us in buying or selling a property. Bob and his team are prompt in their responses, provide education about local markets, and kept us informed throughout the entire process both as buyers and sellers.

I love Bob so much!!!! Not only did he help my parents with their 50 homes, JK they’ve only moved 30 times! 🤣 But he helped my husband and I get our new home. He made everything very easy!
