Extremely rude and off-putting. Do not recommend to anyone. Behind the times. My father knew Samuel Blatteis, who was an upstanding gentleman. He used to come around the house when I was a child. As such, I went in expecting the same kindness. No. Nowadays, the firm is overrun by nepotism and entitlement. This is what happens when you do not teach children manners growing up and spoil them too much. I do not recommend this firm to anyone no longer, I had an awful experience with their leasing agents.
