Worst management company we have ever had. No wonder they got kicked off the ranch. They do not care about owners at all. The old manager Dave did. Who we originally signed with. New manager is horrible. Doesn't answer messages. Does stuff without consent to our home. Owner unfortunately is the same. First and last time speaking to him. Not to mention they almost burnt our house down a few months ago due to their carelessness. Do yourself a huge favor and pick another company who cares about their customers and owners.

There are many other sources- don't make the mistake of renting from this one! This is truly the WORST example of a management company I have ever seen. We left a message for them while staying in a Black Butte house that we could not use the living room because the furniture was infested with ants. They said someone would come by. Not only did they not come by, but they never even called back, nor did they answer any of the calls and emails to them after we returned home. I told them I did not want to write a bad review. I was sure someone would call to apologize. But nothing. We've rented from them before, but obviously, they have lost any resemblance of a being a reputable company. There were so many things wrong with this house, involving lack of care and maintenance, but that's secondary. The fact that they took our money, and then were so brazenly non responsive is more than enough for me to never contact this company again.

We had to cancel a vacation rental because we had more bodies than rental allowed. We were told no worries, we had not been charged. Turns out we had been charged after all. When I refreshed their memory , she said they would issue a credit. Instead , a second payment was charged. Supposedly we have been sent a check but 6 days after it was issued, it has yet to arrive( we do not live very far away from business) .A simple process was made way more complicated due to their errors and poor communication.

I would give this management company a negative star rating, however the lowest rating I can give is a 1 star, so that's what they're getting.....This management company ruined our family Christmas vacation. I will never rent from them again and will recommend everyone I know to also stay clear. Jody was so rude to us and argumentative, after she made a mistake with our reservations. And then she had the nerve to ask for more money, oh and not one sorry......The house we ended up being stuck with is soooo dirty, linens all smell moldy, one bedroom smells like a dead animal, appliances barely work, many light bulbs are burnt out, and I could go on and on and on.....Don't make the mistake we made. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, I have to add to the negative reviews here. Briefly, we were under-served and over-charged by BBRG. They refused to have a call to discuss it. I'm sure their intentions are good and interacting with them wasn't ALL bad, which is why I'm giving 2 stars. But their execution and communication are poor. I hope they can improve so others have a better experience.
