My partner and I have been looking for homes to buy, and we ran across an open house in Oakland, California. We decided to stop by and check out the house and all was well with our walk-through until me and my partner signed in with the realtor; David Helems. Upon chatting with the realtor, his first question to us was, "Is this home even in your price range?" I felt this to be very unprofessional and very unbecoming of the real estate agency to have a realtor with this kind of sales pitch and disrespect. I was taken aback by this assumption. Although we were dresses in casual attire, That shouldn't warrant any judgment. However, the home was old, ugly and overpriced. Will not be using this agency to buy a home, unfortunately.

Solomon Cooper is a one-of-a-kind realtor. He personally came with me to view several listings, often with last minute notice on my part. He patiently answered all my questions and diligently guided me through the buying process. It was essential for me to close ASAP and we were able to get it done in record time despite having contingencies. He is thorough, efficient, trustworthy, and resourceful. Sal is very responsive, loves answering questions and is always honest about houses you are considering. Sal approaches each home with excitement, curiosity and possibility. Finally, Sal also has a deep bench of resources which really helped us feel like we had a whole team behind us. We cannot recommend Sal more highly! Sal's dedication and guidance enabled us to have our offer stand out on top and successfully close ahead of schedule.
