Contacted them about a property for rent in Minneola, FL. Property was put up on Zillow on Wednesday, I contacted them on Wednesday and texted Amber Welch about scheduling a tour - she informed me that they were only doing an open houses on that Friday (which I couldn’t attend because of work) but if need be the following week they might have another open house on another date. In a short bit later, I received a text saying the owner granted private showings and asked when I would like to see the house. We scheduled a “private showing” on Saturday (today) at 5:30, the only reason I allowed so late in the day was due to her having another open house in Clermont for another location. Fast forward to 5:25 pm, I arrive at the property with my mother in law. We walk around the house (which looked nothing like the pictures marketed via the backyard and porch) and waited for Amber to arrive. I texted her at 5:30 letting her know we were here, shortly after another car pulls up - not Amber. It was a family - who I believe was ALSO there to see the house. I waited for a response, didn’t get one, and then texted her at 5:50 “should I wait?” … I waited until 5:55 - 25 minutes past the original time and left. Then I receive a text shortly saying “I’m so sorry I thought I reached out to everyone blah blah blah I have a 102 fever and I can’t make it due to sickness blah blah blah” 1. You had showings and open houses knowing on a Saturday. You have my email and phone - I got absolutely nothing saying anything but a meeting maker saying “showing at 5:15-5:45” and you couldn’t even send a text. Esp responding 25 minutes PAST when we texted you saying we arrived. 2. It was suppose to be a private showing - yet all of the sudden it’s now a “group” showing. 3. Absolute waste of my time! Then proceeds to text me saying they’ve received “many applications and I’m welcome to apply for the property as the owners are choosing someone on Monday” — ????? You got to be kidding me right?! You already wasted my time, my gas, and now you want me to waste my hard earned money on an application to benefit YOU who couldn’t even send a text?! You must be out your damn mind. I would never use this company to property manage, list, rent, etc. Don’t waste your time like how they wasted mine today. Extremely unprofessional.

Joe Doher and his team worked tirelessly to market and close the sale of our parent's retirement home after their passing. Joe's team worked with all partied involved to expedite the sale and check all the boxes needed to allow the closing to be completed on schedule and get solid market value for the property despite the age, need for upgrades and issues raised by the buyers insurance and mortgage companies. They took care of it all, knowing exactly what we wanted as an outcome and delivered. Their knowledge of the market and the process made it a stress-free transaction for us. I would like to thank Joe Doher and his team for the great work they did to sell our mom’s house after her passing. From start to finish he really went over and above personally to help us get through a hard time in our life. Joe is outstanding. He has a wealth of knowledge and years of experience. He and his team (Rachael) are personable, patient, and easy to work with. They listen, respond quickly, are extremely accommodating, and they treat you as a friend and not just a client. Throughout my house hunting I was confident that Joe always had my best interest at heart. He definitely goes above and beyond, and I can't express enough my heartfelt gratitude for all he has done. I may have closed on my house but not on my relationship with Joe and his team. I highly recommend Joe.

Cant say enough nice things about working with Joe. His team is top notch all the way around. We were recommended to him by our close friend. He helped us find a great house in a tough covid market and could not have made the process easier. Was always available for questions/calls. Any issues that came up- he handled them for us quickly. 10/10 would recommend.
