My experience with Ben Black was incredible! From start to finish, he was timely, professional, and incredible at getting things done whether it was helping me find inspectors, guiding me to the next step, or assisting me in the final stages of closing. He was also very patient and attentive when I got super anxious and fearful, and always found action steps we could put in place to address any concerns I had. I felt really confident that he did indeed have my back, and wanted more than a commission, but for me to find a home I loved.
