Karen and Larry Jacks were absolutely amazing helping us find our perfect College Station home! They were both very knowledgeable of real estate in the area. We spent months looking for our perfect home and they were so very patient and helpful helping us find the right one. Karen is precious and still very responsive anytime I need anything. We definitely recommend Larry and Karen and hope to work with them again in the future!

When I first began renting through Bell Properties, I had a very positive experience and was satisfied with their services for nearly three years. Unfortunately, my experience has declined significantly in recent months. The lack of communication has become a major concern. I have made numerous calls and left multiple messages, yet I rarely receive a response or a return call. Additionally, maintenance issues often seem to be addressed with temporary fixes rather than a thorough assessment of the underlying problem. This approach has resulted in recurring issues that remain unresolved. Another concern is the repeated charges being added to my account without clear explanation or justification. The accumulation of these charges has been both frustrating and disappointing. As a long-term tenant, I expected a higher level of professionalism, communication, and accountability. Regrettably, I can no longer recommend Bell Properties based on my recent experiences.

Have been with bell properties for a little over 2 years now and I can say it has been super peaceful! A great management team, always efficient communication, and get anything fixed or even new appliances when necessary with zero issues! Super nice ladies! We love bell properties!
