I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about Ashton. She was AMAZING hands down. I was recommended with her from a family member who had worked with her. I got in contact with her she got down to working with the banker fast. Once I knew we were looking at houses. We found the one, she walked me through all the steps (even gave me a very helpful packet to keep track of things with). Then she kept in contact with me throughout the whole process. Once I knew it was time for a final look and then our closing. She showed up at closing and at the end gave me a beautiful little sign for my new home. I am more than happy to have worked with her and would recommend her to anyone looking for their next home!

Ashton is the BEST!! My husband & I just went through the home buying process for the first time and we could not have done it without Ashton! She is very detail oriented, VERY responsive and someone I would trust over and over again to help us. 10/10 recommend Ashton. If I could rate her 10 stars I would. We were in a VERY tight timeline to find a new house to move into before school started for our kids, and Ashton got to work finding our house within an hour of contact. Her communication was never delayed, she found us as many options as possible within our price range and specs, and she made the closing process smooth. She also had contacts for any service we needed (cleaner, roofer, plumber, duct, ect) and never had an “I don’t know” response. We plan on working with Ashton again and would recommend her to anyone looking for an agent.
