As a 20yr veteran in lending I have worked with literally thousands of Realtors and I wouldn't hesitate to call Ashley if I wanted to buy or sell real estate. She is consistent, returns phone calls, solves problems with collaboration and determination, and works HARD for her clients. We recently had a transaction together with an out of state client and on the final walkthrough problems were discovered. Instead of trying to convince or cajole the buyer into closing with a band-aid solution, she listened and discovered what would be acceptable to her client. When the seller refused, she supported the buyer in her termination and then assisted her in finding and closing on her "forever home!" This could have gone badly but because of her heart for her clients it went better than anyone involved imagined it could.
