I chatted with Ariana Rios not sure if she remembers me and unfortunately my experience was not a positive one. From the beginning, her demeanor came across as condescending and dismissive, and I didn’t feel that she was very willing to provide information or guidance when questions came up. Communication was also an issue, as responses were often delayed or didn’t come at all. When purchasing a home, clear and timely communication is extremely important, and that was lacking throughout my experience. This is just my personal experience, but I would encourage buyers to be mindful of communication style and responsiveness when choosing to work with this agent.

We are first time home buyers and therefore we have a lot of questions and apprehensions about the process of buying a house. My wife and I are so happy to have met Ariana who was referred to us by an officemate who was a happy customer of hers. Needless to say, she took care of us very well - professional, friendly, and very efficient. We really appreciate that she was patient and accommodating of our questions and queries which allayed a lot of our doubts and fears. She handheld and guided us every step of the way - in house viewing and making offers, on mortgage requirements, on escrow process, on home inspection and until finally turnover - she was there very supportive ! She didn't hesitate to take what we thought were "extra mile" just so to make our home buying experience hassle free and a very pleasant experience. We highly recommend her.
