Andreea was excellent throughout the entire buying process. This was my third home so I'm not new to the process, but she made everything less stressful, especially because I was relocating from another state and was not familiar with some of the differences in purchasing in VA. I had a very tight time frame and specific type of home I was looking for. Andreea listened to my needs, wants, and must haves and delivered. She didn't try to convince me that I would like something different than what I requested. She provide accurate information about options and availability based on my requests, budget, and desired location. I was in town for one day and she had a detailed organized schedule for touring homes and found me my perfect home that same day! She kept everything on schedule, sent me reminders, and took care of all the details with the builder, inspectors, and provided references for other services. She was available and knowledgeable. If she didn't know the answer immediately, she would always find the answer. Her attention to detail and experience allowed me to concentrate on packing and moving to a new state and starting a new job because I knew my home search and buying process was in very capable hands.
