Andrea was incredible to work with from start to finish. She guided us through the purchase of our home with clear communication, consistent follow‑up, and genuine care for our needs. I’m not even sure where to start… Andrea-Marzullo-Lane is a one of a kind. I am active-duty military and was previously stationed in Virginia. Being reassigned to Nebraska, the time came to look for a home. This was my first home-buying experience, and I had no idea where to start. I met Andrea in 2023. Her demeanor, patience, advocacy, and diligence all led to the most wonderful, easy, and straightforward process in buying a home. Andrea helped me choose a new construction home. Since I was still in Virginia, she regularly walked through the house at different stages and sent me videos. It was such an exciting time. She noticed issues, identified corners being cut, and addressed them right away. Andrea would provide regular, in-depth weekly updates. There was never a point when I felt confused, lost, or ‘left out’ of my home-buying adventure. In 2025, I hit a rough spot in life (divorce) and ended up having to sell the very home I was so excited to build. That’s life, I suppose. I considered other real estate agents but landed right back at Andrea. I have never met such a compassionate, understanding, and truly caring person. My house was on the market for an extended period of time, and there was a myriad of legal issues that surrounded the situation (nothing to do with Andrea or the home itself). This woman had the patience of a saint! She worked tirelessly and finagled every aspect (photographs, staging, 3-D video shoots, open houses, etc) to get the home to market, sell, and ultimately close. We finally got there. The house sold, and a closing date was set. The next obstacle I faced was getting the house empty by myself. Much to my surprise (or perhaps not), with Andrea, you don’t just get a real-estate agent. You gain a friend. And in some ways, a family. Andreas family (i.e., husband and son) went all in on helping me. The fears and worries that I had, closing one chapter in life and beginning another, seemed to melt away. Whenever I expressed a concern, she would bounce right back with “Don’t worry, honey, we got you. We’ll get through this”. I’m choked up even as I type this. The debt of gratitude that I have for Andrea, her family, and the Berkshire Hathaway team cannot be put into words. My home was sold, and I’m now able to move on in my new life. There will never be a day that goes by that I won’t think and be thankful for my spunky real-estate agent and her family. Andrea was extremely helpful in working with our schedules. With me being deployed and my wife being in school, looking for houses was another stressor, but Andrea is incredibly good at her job and made it as least stressful as possible. She did a great job at catering to our home requirements and showing us houses we didn’t know about. We’re so excited to finish moving into our first house together, we couldn’t have done it without her.

10/10—from start to finish and beyond, Andrea was amazing throughout the entire process and made everything feel easy and stress-free. As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions and concerns, and Andrea used her years of experience and broad skill set to answer everything clearly and confidently. It was obvious that she not only knows exactly what she’s doing, but that she genuinely goes above and beyond for her clients. On our very first home tour, she took the time to walk me through what to look for and what to check, which was incredibly helpful. I couldn’t recommend Andrea enough. I will be using her again in the future and recommending her to all my friends and family in the Omaha area.

I honestly don’t know how I would have managed selling my house without Andrea Marzullo-Lane. I was facing a military move from Nebraska to North Carolina, which is already a chaotic timeline. Andrea didn't just list the house; she took over the entire process so I could focus on the relocation. She was professional, amazing to work with, and provided intense help every step of the way.
