Amber was incredible to work with!!! She helped us house hunt from out of state and buy one without seeing it. Amber handled everything for us by coordinating the inspection, locksmith, mobile notary, and everything in between. She was on top of it with transparent communication and explained the whole process to us from the beginning. She has excellent attention to detail and helped us with what to ask for on the inspection report. You know that feeling when you flip your pillow over and it’s exquisitely cold? Or when your gas tank fills up perfectly to the .00? How about the feeling on your morning commute when you hit every green light? That’s what it’s like to work with Darcie and her team at Agents with a Smile! My husband and I enlisted Darcie’s help with the selling of our house and finding our new home and man, did she deliver! We knew she was a slam dunk when she passed the Buddha test (our giant St. Bernard all but crawled in Darcie’s lap).
