Susie Basham with The Agency is top notch. She goes above and beyond for her clients and listens to what they are looking for. She has sold 2 homes for us with multiple offers on both. She review all offers with us and made sure we made the best informed decision. She also helped us purchase one home. She went out multiple days with us, first with me then when my husband could go to look at ones I liked. Once we had an accepted offer she went to the vacant home with us on many occasions to help us decide on flooring and other projects that had to be started immediately.
