I want to take a moment to share my experience as a resident at one of the houses managed by Advanced Realty. I received my renewal offer back in December 2025 to extend my lease. It was one of the most fair renewal offers that I have ever received. PERIOD. It was not one of the best, It was the very best renewal offers I have ever received. Last month I was flipping out because my garage door had stopped working entirely. 3 weeks later they installed a brand new garage door. I know these are very expensive repair costs I would like to send my gratitude to Dawn, Monica and Julia for all the hard work they do. I appreciate it ladies.Thank you very much.

I lived in a home managed by Advanced Realty Group for three years, and my experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. My move-in experience was unacceptable. I arrived on a Saturday with all of my belongings to find the home had not been cleaned, had a strong odor, and the refrigerator in the garage was covered in bugs. Despite multiple calls and texts, my leasing agent was completely unresponsive. I was forced to delay my move-in and pay out of pocket for professional cleaning just to make the home livable. Throughout my tenancy, I submitted numerous maintenance requests. It typically took one to two weeks for someone to respond, and many issues required multiple visits before being resolved. Over the course of my lease, I went through three refrigerators and two to three stoves. The most serious issue was a recurring water leak in 2023, during a time when I was dealing with significant health issues. Maintenance was sent out three to five times and repeatedly told me the issue was fixed, only for the leak to continue. Eventually, I received a city water bill for $274.72 due to the unresolved leak. I contacted property management multiple times by phone and email, including Keri and Tammy, but received no assistance and had to pay the bill myself. The move-out process was the final disappointment. I thoroughly cleaned the home and left it in move-in-ready condition. During the walk-through, Shayla noted that the home was left in good condition—better than most tenants. Despite this, I was charged for numerous items and received only a small portion of my security deposit back. I have rented many properties and have never experienced this before. I disputed the charges multiple times with the manager, Dawn, via phone calls and emails. Responses were inconsistent—often only every third or fourth email—and she never responded to my formal dispute of the erroneous charges. Overall, this company demonstrated poor communication, slow maintenance response times, and unfair handling of move-out charges. I would not recommend Advanced Realty Group based on my experience.

They charged me a fee for a repair that was never made and have yet to refund me after about two months. Times are tough and every penny counts. I don’t like my hard earned money being taken when a service was not provided. *I am updating this review to say that every person I have emailed and mentioned this to in person at the office, has ignored me. No reason to even add a number when no one is willing to give me back my money that was wrongfully charged. I was a great tenant and always paid my rent early. Disappointing.

I’ve lived at they’re property on Fremont For 8mo now there’s has non stop been squatters/drug dealers/hoes/Violent Homeless and Also An Incident Involving a Potential Homicide .. and I have been in 51/51 because of these situations driving me mentally insane yet they refuse to let me out my lease I’ve ask for help putting surveillance up the cancel my work orders … I deal w so much trauma here and these portents make false promises… On Top Of That I fear for my life after incidents keep happening and they apartment hasn’t reached out to residents to apologize for the inconvenience that these situations is causing and I’m just dealing with it because it’s hard to just find another apartment in my income … Clark county willing relocate me but … yeah it’s just too much and they don’t even CARE!!! I feel so hopeless here My lease is up in OCT just want out!!!! I’ve sent videos and picture proof to management I’ve called police I’ve called everyone and I’m in a corner!! I hate this management… they don’t care for there residents only MONEY

I have been a resident for six years on the Bonanza property and over the past year I have sat by patiently as Advanced Management Group proceeded to initiate extensive renovations of the entire property. I endured months of loud construction, jackhammering of floors above me that released dust and debris into my apartment and countless hours of lost sleep due to noise. I have watched them move in new residents into newly renovated units only to have them evicted for nonpayment. Now the property stands 90 percent vacant on paper but I have the pleasure of being harassed and threatened by the squatters that now occupy the units above me, beside me and across from me. I called the security company 5 times to report break ins and notified ARG property management every time to try and stop all the property destruction and theft of newly installed APPLIANCES. All to no avail. The squatters are still here destroying newly renovated units, harassing elderly disabled tenants. My rent was doubled and when I asked to be moved to a renovated unit I was told there was nothing available. Now I have never been late paying rent and in fact paid rent in advance covering 18 months yet here I am paying 1065 plus electric for a dilapidated unit while squatters live for free. Also, I was physically assaulted by a squatter,, called Metro police and still the property manager has failed to respond. So definitely a one star rating.
