We were referred to Team Szakos by a friend and what started as a soft inquiry to exploring the area turned out to be a life changing experience for our family. We were connected with Karl and immediately hit it off. While still living in California, Karl trucked out to a bunch of properties all over the region to make video walkthroughs and help us weed out some homes that didn’t suit our needs. We came out to visit the area in early April and we’re able to meet Karl in person for some showings, absolutely fell in LOVE with central Tennessee and knew immediately that this is where we wanted to be. With plans of relocating at least a year out, we appreciated the efforts taken to help us whittle down an area to move to. Karl once again valiantly trucked out to do a video walkthrough for us and the offer we placed the following day was accepted. From there Jen took over, handling all the paperwork and was an absolute delight to work with.
