Ximena and her assistant Carolina are amazing. We had a rental search with some difficult criteria (short term, peak season, large ESA etc). They took the time to get to know our family, understand our criteria and then got to work. They were very diligent about contacting all possible options quickly and trying to get to a yes/no so that we could decide how to move forward. You could tell they were looking for the best option for us and we never felt pressured to make a decision before we were ready. They were very hardworking and responsive during the search but more importantly, once we selected an apartment, they were very reliable and on top of all the documentation. They made sure we were moving along at the right pace and pushed the other parties when they fell behind so that we could move in on our desired date. On top of all of these, Ximena and Carolina are very professional, sweet and pleasant people. Ximena will be our first choice when we look for real estate next time.
