Rob and the Wyse Home Team delivered from start to finish. I actually purchased this same home five years ago through another agent on their team, so I already had a good feeling going in. Rob exceeded every expectation. He knows his numbers, understands the market deeply, and communicated clearly at every stage so I never had to wonder what was happening or what came next. What really stood out happened while I was out of town. Rob personally coordinated and oversaw landscaping repairs and upgrades before the listing photos were taken, handling everything on my behalf without missing a beat. That kind of initiative is hard to find and it made a genuine difference in how the home showed to buyers. He's the kind of person who treats your home like it's his own and that comes through in everything he does. It gives us great pleasure to write this review for Rob Snyder and Abby Schellenbarg from The Wyse Home Team – LPT Realty. We used this team to sell our home in New Smyrna Beach and to purchase a new condo in Daytona Beach Shores. The house was becoming more work than we wanted and it was just time for us to sell. Rob came to the house and did a through assessment and market analysis. There were several like homes for sale in our area in Venetian Bay and after discussing it we decided to price the house just a little below the others with the hope we would be the next to sell. That’s pretty much what happened. Rob spent many hours showing us condos that met our criteria. Although we saw a few that we liked none of them were quite right. Rob did not give up and continued to explore different options with us. At this point he showed us a unit in Ocean Villas that had not yet even been listed. It was exactly what we were looking for and the owners were willing to work with us and accepted our offer on a contingency basis. Rob worked extremely hard to make it all happen. Our home was sold and we were able to close on both places on the same day thus saving us the anguish of taking money out of investments or taking a bridge loan. Abby did a super job of keeping us informed and worked very hard to keep everything on track. We have worked numerous times with different realtors but Rob and Abby were by far the most professional and hard working. We would recommend them to anyone that is looking for the best! As a first-time property buyer (and now a very happy property owner), Melissa Hahn was extremely helpful and patient with me. We hit it off right away and there was never a time in the process when I didn't feel like she was in my corner advocating for me.
