Versatile Real Estate Company

Service so bad it's funny! I purchased a lot from these folks, and then the title company screwed up the property lines. I got billed for property tax on an adjoining house that this Real Estate company owns. Well, that's not their fault, but after a couple of months of trying to get movement on getting the deed corrected, I contacted them again. Tonya, who had failed to get back to me as promised, was yelling at me over the phone, saying it "wasn't her fault". I had told her repeatedly I understood that, and when I said I didn't like her attitude, she continued to yell at me, saying, "I'm not being disrespectful!" It was pretty funny. This outfit is good for a laugh, but I don't recommend doing business with them.

Great experience and so helpful in the goal of home ownership. We went into rent and left out a home buyer. Awesome home owner financing available. These ladies won't quit until your in A house you can turn into a home. Thank you Christina and staff for making our dreams come true. 👍🏼👍🏼
