Greg guided me on my quest for an investment property. We live overseas, but my daughter wants to attend Texas A&M in a couple of years. I decided to get a head start on a house in College Station. I came across Greg's videos on YouTube, and they were very insightful and helped me understand quite a bit about the market. After I contacted him, he took us on video walk-throughs of numerous properties, always pointing out things to consider. I greatly appreciated how he worked to accommodate our schedule because of the big time difference. He never pushed us towards any particular property, but he was always honest when we asked questions. When we finally decided on a place, Greg negotiated a fair price, got quite a bit of fixes and fees to be paid for by the seller, and then kept the seller from backing out even though we had to push the closing back because moving money around from where we are was proving difficult. We plan to buy several more houses in the future, and I'll keep coming back to Greg for all our real estate needs. He's honest, has an extremely calm and reassuring demeanor and he knows all the ins-and-outs of the market. We're using him now to rent the house that we just bought. You can't go wrong working with Greg and his team.

We worked with Greg on finding an investment property in College Station area. Greg is very knowledgeable about the town and was able to share a lot of insights, how to manage properties with college kids and how to maintain these properties.
