I worked with Darren King at Kittle and I consider him the best real estate agent with whom I have ever worked. We recently sold our home in Steeplechase subdivision in Windsor for $1.1 million, and could not have asked for a better experience working with Rob and Lindsay ! We had an offer in one day !!! They advised us to price it accordingly and obviously it worked very well ! We did have many negotiations along the way with the buyers as most transactions have, but they were resolved smoothly by the Kittle Team ! We even had to replace our septic tank and the whole replacement of that took less than a week from time of inspection to replacement !
