I pay utilities (on time) directly to RR and I’ve lost track of how many times in the last year that I’ve received shut-off notices!! It also took them months (during winter) to replace broken window panes that they said they’d replace before we even moved in. They are poorly managed, in my experience. I wouldn’t recommend them.

Thank you for giving me a chance to rebuild my life in a safe area. Rent cost is respectable, communication is to my satisfaction. I don't see myself leaving anytime soon. Thanks Steven and your team!

I went to KFC and saw one of the employees standing at the door and talking on his cellphone. When he saw me he went inside. The door locked and there was no sign on the door stating that it was close to public. I stood out there for 30 minutes or more. At least someone could have said something. They got bad customer service skills. They need to learn how to communicate with the public.

I purchased four units and entrusted this company with management for about 3 years. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing due to severe negligence: - Numerous city requests were ignored, resulting in multiple lawsuits totaling tens of thousands of dollars—none of which I was informed about until I received legal notices directly from the city. - My properties were raided multiple times, yet I was never notified by the management team. Instead, I had to learn about these incidents through neighbors or official letters. - After the first raid, I invested nearly six figures into a remodel, which was initially estimated to take 4-6 weeks but instead dragged on for eight months, and did remotely match the expectation set prior to starting. Within weeks of placing a new tenant, the property was raided again—this time due to another tenant involved in illegal activity, whom they had screened and placed. This extreme level of mismanagement and lack of communication has been very costly and frustrating. I would strongly advise you to seak other alternatives before working with this company.

I have given this company SO many chances and have always been disappointed. Even now, we are finished with our lease and it’s been a mess. Two of my roommates received their security deposit and I have not (Our lease has been finished since September, it is now November).. It’s nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone at this place, you will never get someone to answer if you call in. My landlord was Steven and he would go weeks without returning calls/text. I oftentimes would have to text the maintenance number to get a reply from anyone. Our ceiling was caving in for months in our dining room. They did have an HVAC rep come and take a look, but this did not fix the issue. The ceiling was never fixed during the remainder of the lease. I’m not sure if this is a management issue or what’s going on with this company. I have rented multiple places and this has been by far the most disappointing experience. I really hate to share this as my experience, but I’m Hoping to save someone from going through what we had. I would be happy to update this if they’re able to atleast correct me not being issued a security deposit but I have now been waiting for an answer back for two days, so we will see..EDIT: after texting all of the numbers I have for them 3x, they were able to resolve my issue with the security deposit the same day. I appreciate their help, but I certainly hope this company makes some changes in terms of management and communication moving forward.
