We've rented a property managed by West USA for a little over 2.5 years. They really have been a total breeze to work with. We've run into problems, like a fridge that was warm, heater stopped working, leak in a bathroom, and all were addressed super quickly. Each time we've been responded to in less than a day, and usually within a couple hours, and then not long after we get a call from whichever service provider has been assigned and schedule a time that's convenient for us for them to come out. Our specific property manager, Debbie St. Germain, is very nice and always responds to our emails/requests quickly. Really can only say good things about our experience with them!

Rachel and Shane made our first home purchase a breeze! Everyone talks about how stressful purchasing a home can be. With Rachel and Shane’s help the process was stress free and enjoyable. The hardest part was finding the right home. They made themselves available to see homes after work, on weekends, and even drove us around.
