I met Tyler years ago when my brother was moving and I thought at the time, I like his laid back approach to showing houses. He didn't try to tell us how to arrange furniture or follow us around the house. He's there to answer questions or find out information needed to make a good decision. He has excellent connections for inspections and title companies. Then when he sold our house, he had good advice on timing and pulled us off the ledge when we had mechanical problems, reassuring us the house would sell. Indeed it did, very quickly and smoothly, and Tyler was ready with the paperwork! Tyler was always reachable, he's not going to ghost you when you want to see a house right away or have a concern on selling. I highly, highly recommend Tyler Schell!!

Tyler did an exceptional job selling my house. Prior to the sale, he provided me recommendations for painters, contractors, roofers, etc. that I requested. I moved before putting my house up for sale and Tyler managed everything while I was across the country. Great with communication and worked well with potential buyers. I would use him again if I was still in the KS area!

Wanted to take a few moments to share the outstanding experience my family and I had working with The Real Estate Brothers Group - namely Tyler. Tyler helped to make our entire selling process easy and as stress free as possible. As soon as we knew selling our home was necessary, Tyler worked to get our house listed as Coming Soon to help garner interest, then had the most wonderful professional pictures taken to showcase our home online for the big day when it went live. Honestly, they came out so nice, looking back it makes us sad we had to sell our house! The few requests that Tyler had of us were simple to accommodate and he worked around our schedule as much as needed. Very helpful with three kids! As if the ease of the process wasn't enough, Tyler went the EXTRA mile (in my opinion), after we'd closed to help us gather a few remaining documents needed to close on our new house out of state. However, these were not requests that could wait, and Tyler understood the time sensitivity that a few of the items required. He immediately jumped into action and had documents in my email within 20 minutes in some cases. When he couldn't deliver as fast as he wanted, he was in contact with me to update on the situation. True customer service from a true gentleman. Tyler - thank you for all you did to help my family and I make the sale and move as seamless as possible. Moving a family of five across the country is not an easy task, but you made the selling/purchase prep as smooth as possible. Tyler was absolutely fantastic to work with and helped sell our 32 year old home. The process was complicated by a medical issue which required a quick sale but Tyler came through for us with 3 offers on the 2nd day. We were very happy with all aspects of this process and Tyler even helped us with the purchase of another house that we bought from a private seller. We highly recommend Tyler!
