Prime Realty and Property Management

I have been trying to get a new mail key for the last week and have reached out to the office, who said the only person who could help me with this is the property manager. I tried contacting her throughout the day last Tuesday, no response. I texted her and asked her what the process was to get a new one, which took her a day and a half to respond to that message with literally only 8 words. I did what she told me to do, which was to put a maintenance request in. The request has been sitting at “ technician contacted” for the last 5 days. I have tried to contact her about any updates and she is still not responding to me. I literally just need a replacement mail key, which I’m sure they have one on hand. I am willing to drive down to their office and pick it up myself to remove any convenience for them but I cannot even get a response back from this lady. If communication is important to you when it comes to renting a property, do not look into this management. The “only” property manager is almost impossible to get ahold of even for something as small as just getting an extra mail key for a tenant. But when signing documents and showing interest in the house I am currently renting with them was being done, the communication with her was excellent…?

I’ve had a great experience with Prime Realty as a property management company. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Everything is handled efficiently and with care. Easy application process not too tedious like most can be and the guy that showed me a place was well presented and polite! Except Mary she should be replaced!!! Rude and a smart mouth…not very helpful and doesn’t like answering the phone…had to look for place for like twenty minutes before I could find it after her knowing I was coming and text her…she still didn’t answer…finally found the place n even after all that she was not nice…FIRE HER…she’s not fit for that position!!!

I moved out in January of 2026 and had lots of charges added to my account months later. When I was told I would only be charged 375. It’s took months for me to get my deposit back and they still added charges I was never told about. Then when you have a problem no one ever answers the phone or gets back to you no matter how many messages and voicemails you leave. They don’t care about anything but collecting rent money and added on fees. How was I charged 375 dollars for a house that was completely empty and cleaned out . Then I have pictures of move in and out and they don’t care still took almost my whole Deposit . This company and Reagan brown are Thieves, and I wouldn’t recommend doing business with them. This doesn’t even count all the things they Ignored the whole time I was renting from them. Such as my AC going out then cutting off my electricity and water (which I lost my first deposit and had to pay an additional $220 ) when it was in my name and the Dishwasher that constantly flooded out the kitchen.

My wife and I have had the pleasure of working with Allison several times. She is absolutely amazing at her job. Very knowledgeable and always available when needed. Loved our experience.
