Do not work with Lisa Spencer. We drove 30 minutes to look at a house (two weekends in a row!) The first time, she cancelled on us last minute and the second she completely forgot about our appointment. I called the main number for Piedmont Realty and spoke with a nice lady who was willing to help. She had also heard of some complaints about Lisa not responding to calls/messages. Extremely unprofessional and we will never work with this company because of Lisa.
