Marissa and her team were absolutely fantastic throughout our real estate transaction. She really knows the DTLV market and was great to work with from start to finish. There were a lot of details involved in our transaction and I was definitely a little anxious at times, but she handled everything smoothly and always kept us informed. Her communication and professionalism were honestly top notch. What stood out the most to me was her dedication. She even checked in with me while she was on a family trip, which really showed how much she cares about her clients and her work. I would absolutely recommend Marissa and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell in Downtown Las Vegas.

UPDATE 05/13/2026: After I posted this review the realtor Autumn Mizrahi keeps texting me every day around 3 times a day asking me to delete my review. It’s so funny that NOW she text me but when I reached out to her not even a quick response, I will not delete this review because she were unprofessional, I posted a review in her page too and I guess she deleted but I will not delete anything here because you need to work in your communication even if it’s a NO. I had a very bad experience it’s been more than a month that I applied and paid for a townhome with Autumn Mizrahi she don’t answer my texts my calls not even to tell me if I was approved or not, she told me that another person will contact me I called the other person called Ashlee and she answer just to tell me she will return my call and it’s been 4 days and this other lady doesn’t respond either.. what a nice service for a realtor but they very attentive when they requested the payment.. very unprofessional.

Working with Marissa and her team is an amazing experience. They are polite and professional and most importantly get results fast! After hiring two very sub-par property management companies to lease our luxury high-rise condo – a complete waste of time- I reached out to Marissa. She had our unit rented within less than a month! She not only excels at luxury branding, she understands the nuances of downtown Las Vegas and it’s unique clientele. Marissa was actually the broker who found our long-term tenant several years ago. She let me know she now has her own company NV Broker and Associates and is working under her married name. Running your own business is not for the faint of heart, especially with 2 young children at home. A smart and savvy business woman, Marissa has put together a great team that includes Rebeka. Both women were instrumental in on boarding our new tenant, making it a seamless transition for all of us. We can’t thank them enough.
