Nishant has been incredibly helpful and invaluable throughout my home buying process. My family and I couldn’t have done it without him. The entire process took unusually long (about nine months - from offer to closing) due to unforeseen issues/obstacles from the seller’s side but Nishant was phenomenal from start to finish.
