Finding someone who can guide you from start to finish in the process of looking for a home can be difficult, but it doesn’t have to be whenever you find a good realtor like Mayra. For us, Mayra, was an excellent choice to purse. She guided, informed, and kept us in touch with all of the information we need to know in order to obtain a house. Making sure that every single document was up to date and did not hesitate to help us. She was available at all times whenever we had questions or concepts we had trouble understanding. We were looking to lease a home in Springtown, TX, and what stood out most about working with Mayra Hentgen was her accessibility and customer focus. After dealing with other leasing agencies and automated applications with “leave a message” and no responses to tour other homes, we called her on a Saturday morning, and she answered the phone. She immediately provided a code so we could tour the home, and everything moved smoothly from there. Even on her day off, she made time to meet me at her office at my convenience. Mayra is truly tuned in to the customer experience.

Mayra is such an amazing person she truly works hard for the people she loves and makes sure you understand the whole process of what home buying is, she is very patient and understanding and will explain over and over things until you fully understand ! She helped my sister buy her first dream property! Overall she works amazing with the buyer and her family letting everyone feel welcome when seeing homes and even explains it to you like If you were also the buyer ! 😍😍😍 but overall she works just as hard to achieve your goal in buying your dream property ! 🫶🏼✨
