Bought a house with Mitch and Katya and I have no regrets! They understood my needs, never pushed me one way or the other, and gave me space to figure out what was right for me. Once I put in an offer, they did a lot of background work to find out what the seller was expecting and pushed my offer to the top. When I was in contract, they led me every step of the way and even gave me contacts for loan agents, home insurance, and decor so I didn’t feel overwhelmed with the next steps. They are my friends more than my realtors! I would recommend them to anyone buying or selling.

I do not know enough words to describe how great a Realtor Mike is. I thank the universe every single day to have come across Mike by chance. He is an expert when it comes to understanding the client and their needs. He is also very good at giving the space and time a client needs and works based on their pace. The number one best thing about him is he is not pushy! We all know that agents make money only when a sale goes through, and hence get very pushy. But Mike always cared more about finding the best house for us and not push us into some house for the money, even if it meant waiting longer. In fact, there were a few cases where he was the first one to tell us that this is not a good house or deal for us and his conscience wouldn't let him do that to us even if we were willing to compromise. He always brings his positive energy into the room and makes us believe that the universe will make good things happen for good people! He is a very people person and is quick at building a rapport with the selling agent to get as much information as possible. He has many tricks up his sleeve to make sure we put in the right offer price, while keeping the budget in mind. Throughout the entire process, there hasn't been a single day where he hasn't responded to our text within half an hour, be it whatever the time of day. He is very punctual with his appointments and is available on weekends too to fit our schedules. Mike also comes with tremendous resources on mortgage, contractors, etc. We went with his mortgage contact who was quick in getting our loan underwritten & also close the home in 21 days, which was key in securing our offer. Also, I have never heard a single realtor who spends 2 hours on zoom with you the night before offers due, going over every single detail in the inspection report and coming up with a detailed offer strategy and do it all over again for the next one. Mike truly made our home buying process very stress free. As long as we are diligent in doing our homework of monitoring the listings, letting him know of our interests and act quickly on making time for private tour appointments, Mike will take care of everything else aggressively in the background. I will be recommending him to every single friend of ours coming up to the market as I strongly believe there is no other realtor other than Mike who works as hard to bring joy in people's lives. I truly believe he is in this field with the right intentions, ethics and goals, and that for me is more important than anything else to do business with. We have gained a forever friend and are excited to take his guidance for renovating the house we purchased, and for any of our future home needs. I highly recommend taking the first buyer's consultation with Mike and decide for yourself after that, you will not regret it!
