Kim was our realtor when we sold our townhouse in San Angelo. She was wonderful to work with throughout the process. We live in Houston, so we had to lean on her a lot to help us out with things that would have otherwise required us to travel to San Angelo. Kim went above and beyond in making sure that every part of the selling experience went smoothly. She was very responsive and did a great job of keeping us informed every step of the way. Kim sold our house and we bought one of her listings and this all occurred in a 2 day time span! We were almost overwhelmed by the craziness of how fast the transactions were happening. Kim was a knowledgeable and calming expert that attended to every detail throughout the process. She even mailed us information the next January to remind us to apply for a homeowners exemption through the Appraisal District, including the form needed and a map of its location!
