Even after we moved 3 hours away, she dropped off the sweetest goodie bag at our new home, including a custom watercolor of our first house, treats and goodies for our new home, and a toy truck for our little one. Kait was more than amazing in the entire process with my fiancée and I purchasing a home in Norwalk, Iowa. Relocations have multiple moving parts. Kaitlyn made it effortless. She researched and referred us to a realtor in our area. As we wee listing our home in north central Iowa, she located a property in rural Van Meter for our build. We wasted no time in purchasing the property and Kaitlyn took care of all the details remotely. As time passed through the pandemic we paused our plans to relocate back to DSM. She met with us at the VM property and understood our concerns of developing the 7 acres for our horses. She kept searching, knowing our perfect property was out there. Our home sold and she presented us with a new property that looked like Ireland with an Ackworth address!
