She also went out of her way to look at some houses for us and FaceTime with us to find a fabulous house. Jessica is very knowledgeable, listens to what you have to say, and goes an extra mile for you. I have, and will continue to refer her to all our friends and family.

First house we looked at we didn’t have a realtor but wanted to make a offer so I called her and she dropped what she had going on to get us everything in order and we were able to make an offer within a few hours. When she would hear a rumor about a house potentially going up for sale she didn’t wait for the listing she started making calls for us. Not only was she on the ball with finding listings, but she is very knowledgeable when it comes to interior and exterior specifics. She’s quick to identify potential problems with solutions as well as things that were done properly and should keep us worry free.
