Jeremy Allen is not just a Real Estate Agent, He's a Certified Realtor, know the difference when looking for someone to represent and guide you in purchasing your new home. Every single thing about this process was laid out to us as clearly as possible and whenever we had questions Jeremy was always one text or phone call away. It's easy to forget he has multiple clients when working with him because his responses are fast and detailed, you would think he's just working for you! We used a VA loan and he help us get in touch with the best mortgage loan officer we could ask for. We bought our home without even seeing it in person because we were so confident with Jeremy's videography, pictures, and detailed showing of each home (we forced him to go see at least 10 homes before we found our dream home). When it came time to put in offers he guided us what the right offers could be, kept it realistic with us when we ran into great homes with multiple offers, but he always helped us put up the strongest offer we could. One of our longest calls was with Jeremy was 50 mins on a Saturday. He's always there for his Clients no matter the situation and if he can't be there personally he will find another trusted agent to accommodate any showing you may want. Buying our first home seemed very scary at first especially with a Seller's market, but this process was the furthest thing from difficult with Jeremy behind us.
