Earlier this year, I was staying at my family member's house trying to get it ready to sale after she passed away. I am not from the area, so I had to rely solely on reviews and referrals from the contacts I had made while taking care of business. Jenny was referred to me through one of those contacts, and I will be thankful for that advice forever. We had an immediate connection. She was so genuine, kind and honest. It truly was a blessing to me, because being alone in the area and not having someone to trust was intimidating. Jenny specializes in probate and estate matters. I had so many questions, and she had answers for all of them. My list of things to take care of before the sale was large, but Jenny gave me the information I needed to prepare the house for the market. She researched the area, and asked the correct price for the house and had an offer immediately. The house went on the market on a Friday afternoon and by Saturday we had an informal offer, and a written one on Monday! She has great style and taste and made suggestions for decorating and staging that were amazing! I have no complaints. She is an amazing person, and I am so thankful for her dedication, professionalism, and knowledge. Jenny is a class act and I would choose her as my agent all over again. Thank you, Jenny!

Jennifer was very professional through the whole process of selling our house. She knew what the buyers would ask about or would most likely ask to have done. She was transparent when it came to updating anything that was most important for the sale of our home. We had to make some adjustments on the price due to the economy but she was very helpful making this easy for us to understand. Overall it was a very smooth and easy process.
