After a disastrous start to our property search, we walked into the Conshohocken ReMax office on our way to Brunch. The receptionist, that we later learned was Ursula, the office manager, was kind and welcoming. After telling her our situation, she grabbed a business card from probably 2 dozen agents. It said Frank McLaughlin. We proceeded to Brunch and gave him a call. What could it hurt, right? We ended up leaving a message and before we finished eating, Frank called back. He graciously listened to our needs and price range. The property we were looking to buy had to have a very specific vibe to it. To say I am “picky” is an understatement! Frank was up for the challenge. Our first viewing was via FaceTime because we live 2 hours away. Unfortunately, the place wasn’t as good as it had looked online but Frank was very encouraging and knowledgeable about the area. He gave us some recommendations and we sent him entirely too many MLSs to vet for us. He never complained. He really loved what he was doing and it showed! He is absolutely a people person and was willing to do whatever was needed to help us. Including helping us move in next week!! We started out looking for a property and found it and so much more. Frank was truly a Godsend and we are so thankful for our newfound friend!!
