We’ve had our home for two months and we couldn’t be happier! Abdul and his team were amazing throughout our whole process- and it had many ups and downs! First, we had a heart set on a neighborhood where no homes were available. Abdul sent out letters and actually ended up getting a response back. It ultimately didn’t work for us because of the distance to my work, but it showed Abdul’s determination to help us get exactly what we wanted. Then, we tried for a very competitive home and Abdul used some tricks up his sleeve to make our offer appealing. Again, we ended up going a different direction. At that point we were pretty discouraged, however, by leveraging his connections, Abdul was able to find us a home before it hit the market in the perfect location for us. We went under contract and Abdul was always eager to negotiate the deal and work on behalf of our best interest. One week prior to closing, the owner dropped out. Abdul helped us navigate the situation in a way that would protect us and, before we even broke off that contract, he had found us a home that ultimately worked even better for our family and was initially off the market. It was truly a journey to get to our home and we’re so grateful for Abdul’s commitment to our goal of finding our home to bring our first baby to! He was patient, responsive, knowledgeable, proactive, well connected, and quick to guide and help us through the whole process.
