Me and my wife were looking for our first home and Dennis Tate ended up showing us a house and although we didn’t buy that one we knew he was an absolutely outstanding realtor not at all pushy or arrogant. Extremely down to earth!!! I will never use another realtor he will have us as customers as long as he is in the business.
