I was driving down Colburn on my way to work February 3rd 2026 just passed 11 in the morning when I got cut off twice by this car. The second time it was a very close call, you should know putting your blinker on doesn’t mean you automatically have the clear to merge, you still need to be careful someone isn’t already there. You might want to talk to them about the dangers of driving like an fool especially when representing a company, and if this happens to be the owner or one of the higher-ups you should be even more embarrassed.

Cynda provided my wife and I a world class homebuying experience. I can confidently say she is single-handedly the reason we are in our new home. The connections she has can’t be duplicated elsewhere, and the effort she made to make our purchase stress-free was so evident. Never did we think our real estate agent would be as personable, caring, and genuine as Cynda is. We are so grateful for the communication, before, during, and after the sale. If we could buy a house again tomorrow just to work with her, we would!

Let me start by saying, that what I'm about to say should NOT be expected of Cynda; she has gone far above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to selling a home for us. I'm sure we all imagine a real estate agent simply clicking a few buttons and getting our house sold, listed, etc etc. But that's not it, as I've found. When selling our home in Raymore, MO, we had a lot of issues. These issues weren't Cynda's issues, they were my issues and the buyer's issues. Did that stop her from helping me out? Nope. She took the reins, took stress out of my hands, and made every. single. thing. about selling my home a thousand times easier. I've never felt more compelled to write a positive review. If I ever buy a home back in KC, or I have a friend selling, or purchasing a home in KC.. Cynda is the ONLY person I'll recommend, hands down. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience, and would encourage anyone looking for a realtor to stop looking, and end with Cynda.
