Crystal is the best. She really goes to bat for her clients and her passion for helping her clients is present with every interaction. As our realtor, she was always ahead of any potential issue that could arise by educating us on any issues she saw walking through properties, helping us see why a property would be a good fit or not a good fit for us, etc. There was no pressure - just honest, helpful advice - in the buying experience. Even in the face of a low appraisal on the selling side, overly demanding agents, and multiple offers, Crystal handled everything with all the ease of a well-seasoned, knowledgeable agent, but all the care of someone who loves what they do. Words cannot express how much we appreciate all she did for us.
