Cindy went far beyond what I expected as a realtor. She helped me sell my previous home as well as purchase my current home. We didn't even consider another realtor when it came time to increase the size of our home in order to accommodate our growing family of six. After watching Cindy list and sell homes within a week or less during a very active buyers market cycle, we were well aware of her masterful command, knowledge and ties to our community and the overall market trends in the Leander ISD area. Cindy was able to convince the homeowner to allow us to tour the home and within two days, Cindy personally drafted the offer, presented to the seller and we received the great news that he had accepted. As such, we had anxiety as to whether our existing home would sell in the time needed to execute the new purchase. From the beginning, Cindy personally and expertly advised, supervised and directed our home preparation up to and through our ONE AND ONLY weekend of open house showings. Not only did she expertly price our home in an uber-competitive market, prepare a detailed list of items to update/replace, etc. prior to our listing and viewings, she also photographed and positioned our home perfectly online to attract the proper potential new buyer. With everything very well planned and executed, Cindy personally held the open house and we sold our home and closed on both our new home and existing home in less than one month! We have bought and sold other homes over the years and have dealt with a number of very good professional agents. However, Cindy outclassed and outperformed them all. Simply put, she’s FANTASTIC.
