Cathy is the ABSOLUTE BEST realtor I have ever had the pleasure to work with. We had a challenging situation with the sale of my mom's condo in Colorado. I am my mom's power of attorney, but I live in South Dakota. Although I did need to make a couple of trips to Colorado to take care of packing up the condominium, we were able to accomplish most everything remotely. Cathy was very attentive and understanding of our sometimes difficult situation. She kept me and Mom up to date on the steps for the sale and even negotiated a contract over asking price (even after a few concessions we made)!
