My husband and I had a dream to find a house where we could truly feel happy. We started the journey of selling our current home with little knowledge of the process but trusting that Johanna had it all under control for us. Getting an offer and going under contract was easy when a realtor like Johanna handled the process from beginning to end. Nevertheless, finding another home in a competitive market was a challenge, but Johanna missed no opportunity. She was kind, patient, knowledgeable and extremely professional. She made accommodations for us to make it to every showing, even when she had other responsibilities. But truly, Johanna gave me something I did not experience before; a knowledgeable realtor, that knew it all, knew about the areas, the property’s structure, electricity, plumbing, anything you could possibly imagine about real estate. She made me feel so comfortable around her, that at times I went to showings without my husband because I knew that if I had a question about anything I didn’t know, whether it was about furnace or the siding or roof, she will have the answer. I thank Johanna for helping us find our new home and for making sure we were happy in every step of the process. Will recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sale.

The Broadway Real Estate team was a great help in me purchasing my first home. It was my first time purchasing a home and they helped walk me through the entire process from start to close. It has been a dream for my girlfriend's and I to own our own home for years. Through a recommendation from a friend, we approached the realtor Johanna Stephenson. She was on vacation but immediately responded to my text very graciously. She put me in contact with Wendy Posada at Main Street Home Loans who asked me to come in to figure out my financial situation. We had little hope that we would be pre-approved, but voahhlaah, we were PRE-APPROVED right away. For the next several weeks I worked with both Johanna and Wendy to try to make a home happen which in this market is NO small feat!!! Fast forward to August 25th, we were blessed to close on our dream home! Johanna and Wendy and her staff were true professionals and truly cared about their clients ans were relentless in making this actually happen! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to pursue their own dreams of homeownership! Forever grateful, Ariel and Alex 🙏

Do not use this real estate firm!!! The term customer service does not exist! Michelle was not our agent, thank God, and as I held a real estate license in another state I felt I could handle the transaction using my attorney only. The property was under a guardianship and if Michelle had done her due diligence she would have know what the problems could arise in probate court. It was four days before we were supposed to close and my attorney could not get clear title and informed us on a Friday that the closing would not take place. We knew it, the guardians knew it but Michelle did not. This issue in addition to misinformation on condo assessments made it a no go. We were totally ignored from the time the purchase and sales was signed. I quit corresponding with her as anything that come out of her mouth was rude and obnoxious. Unfortunately we were left with attorneys fees for a title that had a cloud on it. The only one in the office that I could deal with was Johanna. If I could give this zero stars I would.

Thank God I had a Great Real Estate Agent on my end because the Agent/ Broker was horrible. She never communicated with my agent and even her seller told me she priced the house he was selling 10k less then he wanted to sell the house. He told her to fix it but she never did. I am still dealing with the tenant that they were supposed to have moved to one of the other properties she represents. I would recommend any one to buy or sell from this Real estate group. If I can give them no stars I would because this is BS that I am still dealing with them. If I am investing money into buy a home of over 200k I expect for the sellers real estate agent to be professional and efficient. She is far from that but I thank god like I said that my agent stayed on top of the Broadway Real Estate Agent/Broker. Joanna that works in the office is probable the best person there. Please think twice before buying from or selling through this real estate group.
